Quebec Skilled Worker Program Eligibility

Under the Québec Skilled Worker Program, selected candidates are issued a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ), enabling them to apply for Canadian permanent residency. The final approval is granted by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) after standard medical and background checks.

To be eligible for a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ), applicants must meet the minimum points requirement under Quebec’s immigration selection criteria. Single (unmarried) candidates must score at least 50 points, while candidates applying with a spouse or common-law partner must achieve a minimum of 59 points.
